Graphic Designer (Print & Campaign Materials) – Reform UK Head Office
As Reform UK’s national operation continues to expand, we are looking to engage aGraphic Designer with a strong focus on print and physical materialsto support our growing communications and campaign teams.
This role will focus on producinghigh-quality printed materials that communicate Reform UK’s message clearly and professionally, from literature and mail-outs to manifestos, brochures, signage, and merchandise.
You will play an important role in shaping thephysical visual identity of Reform UK, ensuring our printed materials are consistent, well-produced, and impactful across the country.
Key Responsibilities

Designliterature, leaflets, and direct mail materialsfor national and local communications.

Produce layouts formanifestos, policy documents, commercial brochures and more.

Designsignage, event graphics, banners, and display materials.

Create artwork formerchandise and branded materials.

Ensurebrand consistency across all printed outputs.

Work closely with thecommunications and operations teamsto translate messaging into clear and effective printed design.

Prepareprint-ready artworkand support production with external printers and suppliers when required.
Requirements

Provengraphic design experience, ideally in print-focused roles such as marketing, publishing, branding, advertising, or commercial design.

Strong proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Strong understanding ofprint production, layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Experience preparingprint-ready artwork and working with printers or production suppliers.

Ability tomanage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
