Your Adventure Ahead

  • Develop, manage, and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple channels (CRM, website, ShopBack app, Paid initiatives, etc.) to drive commercial performance and user base growth
  • Understand business performance deeply and utilize relevant data and analytics to improve on campaigns, channel strategies and user segmentation and targeting
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams within the Local Team (Social Media, Business Development, Operations, Customer Service etc) as well as with the Regional Team (Business Development, CRM, Data, and Performance Marketing Team) to develop relevant marketing strategies
  • Tackle complex business problems by converting raw data into actionable insights and next steps
  • Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Essentials to Succeed

  • 0 to 2 years experience in marketing / commercial teams, preferably within a digital / tech / e-Commerce environment
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable working with numbers, analysis and drawing conclusions based on data, charting future next steps in a logical way
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail in executing multiple tasks
  • Highly proactive in managing stakeholders and chasing for results
  • Strong communicator who actively reaches out to Singapore-based stakeholders to establish connection despite the distance.
  • A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual
  • Strong project management skills and experience handling tight deadlines
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing and ambiguous environment
  • The role is based in Malaysia and is driving marketing for both Singapore and Malaysia markets.
