Our office was established in 2023 and our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the care sector who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and ensuring our clients receive the best possible support. Due to the nature of our business, flexibility in working hours is essential. We are looking for someone who is keen to work, enjoys a busy environment and is willing to go the extra mile to support our clients and care team

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating care packages and ensuring clients receive the right support.

• Managing staff rotas, scheduling visits and responding to changes in care needs.

• Supporting care staff and maintaining excellent communication with clients, families and colleagues.

• Ensuring care is delivered in line with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the service.

• Providing cover for client calls as a last resort when alternative staffing arrangements are unavailable, ensuring continuity of care for our clients.

• Working flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including occasional changes to working hours.

• Responding promptly to any staffing or client emergencies that may arise.

Qualifications

About You

• Have experience in a care coordination, care management or similar role.

• Are passionate about providing outstanding care and support.

• Have excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Are flexible and willing to work around the needs of the business.

• Are proactive, dependable and able to work well under pressure.

• Have a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to helping others.

• Are confident working independently and as part of a team.
