This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.
The role requires someone who is adaptable as the role changes day by day. Your will need to have previous experience in the care sector at a supervisory level .
The Care Coordinator is responsible for the allocation of Care Professionals schedules whilst ensuring our robust quality standards are met. You will be able to hit the ground running and have excellent communication and organisational skills. It is much more that working on a rota, it is about supporting the growth of the organisation.
- Assist the Care Manager in delivering quality care to all clients
- Building relationships with both Care Professionals and Clients
- Acting as daily coordinator in the office on a rota basis, taking all incoming queries and problems from Clients and Care Professionals and carrying these through to resolution
- •Coordinate and maintain monthly clients schedules in our software
- •Participating in the on call rota
- •Attending care calls as required
Qualifications
• University degree or relevant work based experience
• At least 2 years experience in Health & Social Care
• Well presented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be flexible around core hours to meet the needs of the client and work within an established team
