Care Worker

Are you looking to work in care? Get paid for training as a Care Worker where you will become a specialist in Autism care.

With a starting salary of £18,000 which will increase to £25,000 once you have passed your training/qualifications.

Working for a truly amazing charity who support autistic young people and their families, as a care worker you will help transform their lives by not only caring for and supporting them day to day but helping them to learn and develop life skills and improve their quality of life.

As a Care Worker will gain a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, you will also gain Autism Practitioner certification – all paid for!

Day to day you will help deliver the care and support needed as well as being involved in activities individually designed to help develop their skills and learn – this could include reading, playing games, playing sports, baking, going shopping, bowling and other day trips and leisure activities.

Experience as a care worker is not necessary as full training and certification will be provided.
