Your Role as Care Worker

You’ll deliver this role by:

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals
• Support clients with domestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep
• Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping
• Follow clients’ care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager
• Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork

Location – Chermside and Surrounding Suburbs

Must hold a minimum Green P Plate (Australian Drivers Licence)

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Must hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as required
• Relevant probity checks as per legislation and WMQ policy
