Responsibilities

Help our clients meet their needs by:

• Follow the instructions and the established plan of care created for each patient.
• Maintaining or assisting with light housekeeping.
• Assisting as needed with personal hygiene.
• Helping to prepare meals.
• Helping with medication reminders.
• Driving clients to appointments.
• Assisting as needed to help maintain healthy independent lifestyles.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are willing to learn and adhere to all policies, laws and regulations.
• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient needs.
• Ability to address and respond to all patient situations.
• Passion to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
