What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily site operations and manage crew productivity
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Mentor and train carpenters and laborers
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (foreman or lead preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and adapt on the fly
- A deep knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods
- Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic
