Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Carpenter Helpers for projects located in or around Knoxville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of wood cabinets, laminate products, and plywood components
• Work with solid surface and laminate materials, including cutting, fitting, and finishing
• Sand countertops and surfaces to prepare for final finishing
• Read tape measures accurately and perform basic layout work
• Utilize hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively
• Support daily shop operations while maintaining quality and production standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and shop requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of construction, carpentry, woodworking, or cabinet fabrication experience
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Experience using hand tools and basic power tools
• Experience with cabinetry, laminates, plywood, or millwork preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
