THE JOB:

The Cashier is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to casino guests in Food and Beverage outlets. This role involves but is not limited to handling cash and credit transactions, maintaining accurate registers and ensuring compliance with casino and regulatory standards. The cashier also supports F&B operations by delivering exceptional guest service.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.1083 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide courteous and professional guest service by greeting guests, promotions, or casino offerings, and resolving or escalating concerns as needed.
• Accurately process guest transactions (cash, credit, room charges, vouchers, player comps, promotions).
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all workstations and surrounding areas.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ Years of Prior Cashier, retail, or Food and Beverage environment experience
• Must demonstrate a proficient commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and professional.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet all state and local licensing requirements (e.g., gaming license, alcohol service permit, if applicable).
