As a Cashier, you are often the last person our customers interact with before leaving the store, which means your warm welcome, smile and attention to detail can make all the difference!

As a Cashier, you will contribute to providing a pleasant, efficient and personalized customer experience. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately while creating a positive experience for every customer.

Your main responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly and courteous service;
• Process transactions quickly and accurately;
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards and other forms of payment;
• Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate products or services when needed;
• Process returns, exchanges and adjustments in accordance with company policies;
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized and welcoming;
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience;
• Follow cash-handling procedures, company policies and loss-prevention standards.
