THE JOB:

As an on call Casino Porter, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your attention to detail, and dedication to maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.6134

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain a clean, safe and presentable environment through the removal of all wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from floor
• Thoroughly clean and dust all areas of slot machines, slot chairs and polish their bases, as well as clean and replace ash trays
• Ensure floors are clean and free of debris through routine vacuuming, sweeping and removal of spills
• Routinely empty trash cans, and ensure they are presentable and clean
• Maintain designated areas ensuring they are well stocked, presentable and in sanitary conditions in alignment with standards
• Ensure all equipment is returned to department and all malfunctioning equipment is reported to leadership members
• Respond to guest requests and resolve challenges in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Has prior experience in a general cleaning role or within a hotel or resort setting
• Ability to work a flexible, on-call schedule that may include day, swing, graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts
