The Yiros Shop has quickly become one of Queensland’s most favourite Fast Food Restaurants serving traditional Greek Yiros filled with delicious tastes and flavours, snack-boxes, salads and delicious Greek desserts. Our stores have a fun, chilled out atmosphere for our customers and cater for 50/50 eat-in and takeaway.

The Yiros Shop currently has 16 locations stretching across Brisbane, Moreton Bay region and the Gold Coast region with more locations opening all the time!!

We are looking for motivated  Junior School Aged Team Members  to join our Burleigh restaurant. 

You will be joining a young and buzzing  team where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and gain valuable experience in the fast-paced environment of a fast food restaurant.

The Job involves:

• Preparing and serving food to customers
• Cleaning and maintaining an organized workplace
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Learning and following food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Cash handling and register operation
• Working as part of a team to achieve the restaurant goals 

Qualifications

The right candidate must have:

• Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience
• Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
• Strong customer service skills
• Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
• Flexibility and able to adapt to change
• Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order
• Training and development experience desirable
• Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task
• Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry

• Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
• Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
• RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
