Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and attentive CCTV Operator to join our Security team. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring security cameras, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, and supporting the overall safety and security of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors CCTV cameras and security systems continuously to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and hotel property.
• Maintains accurate records and reports of incidents and observations.
• Communicates security-related information to the Security team and relevant departments when required.
• Maintains confidentiality of all CCTV footage and security-related information.
• Supports the Security team during emergencies and other security incidents.
• Follows all hotel security procedures, standards, and company policies.
• Promotes teamwork and the company’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring and security systems.
• Good observation and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
