Danone is going through a big digital turnaround with IWS impementation. Opole is Danone’s lighthouse factory for the programme, where the company pilots and tests new technology, incorporating learnings from other Danone plants, before rolling it out to manufacturing sites across the world.
The Connected Worker & Real-Time OEE (Oversall Equipment Effectiveness, a tracking Expert) will be responsible for enhancing the academy’s capabilities in real-time operational efficiency tracking and connected worker technologies. This role will focus on enabling maturity and results in these areas, driving innovation, providing training and mentorship, and offering implementation and troubleshooting support across the network.
Your main responabilities will focus on
- Facilitate growth and maturity in real-time OEE tracking and connected worker practices.
- Promote and guide the adoption of connected worker use cases and best practices.
- Identify new opportunities for leveraging real-time OEE tracking and connected worker solutions.
- Propose and pilot innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and execute test plans for real-time OEE tracking and connected worker solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of connected worker devices and OE tracking systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs on real-time OEE tracking and connected worker technologies.
- Create educational materials, including tutorials and workshops.
About You
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
- You have a bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- You have a first relevant anld successful experience in application implementation and deployment. Manufacturing application experience will be a strong plus!
- You have a fist experience in designing and executing test plans for applications
- You already trained and upskilled consequent teams and enjoy create training contents
- You are a problem solver with strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical communities
- English will be essential to communicate with the rest of the team
