Main Yard / Starting Location

• Phoenix, AZ 85043
• Routes originate from the Phoenix area
• Dedicated dispatch and planning support

Pay Details

• $1,100–$1,300 average weekly pay
• Swift Driver Performance Bonus
• Stop pay: $10 for the first stop + $15 for each additional stop

Job Details

• Dedicated OTR dry van account
• 1,600–2,100 miles per week
• Phoenix → Las Vegas or St. George → Southern California → Phoenix
• California driving required
• 80–90% Drop & Hook
• Also includes live load, live unload, and preloaded freight
• Dedicated driver planner/dispatcher

Shift Details

• 34-hour restarts
• Day and night routes available
• Work schedule follows customer operations, including holidays as needed
• OTR schedule with regular restarts

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• First Seat experienced drivers and trainees considered
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Must be comfortable with OTR and California driving
• Ability to safely handle dry van freight and required loading/unloading duties
