CDL and NON CDL School van drivers

Kemper Shuttle Services is looking to hire qualified drivers to transport school kids in our company vans. We are a transportation company that provides students, and members of all age ranges to school, work, hospitals, etc. We provide the van, fuel, training, and the tools necessary for you to be part of our team.

Qualifications:

We are looking for applicants who:

• Maintain a phone with internet connection.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Pass a background check and a drug test.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Maintain driving record with less than 3 points, NO *LIFETIME*history of DUI or any 6 point violation.
• Pass a medical T-8 exam (Insulin dependent diabetics WILL NOT pass physical exam).
• Ability to cope with stressful situation.
• Able to provide a driver's license.

Additional Info

AVAILABILITY:

• Available to work shifts in between 6 am - 10 am and 12 pm - 5 pm (7 hrs. shift guaranteed)

• Ability to operate school van in a safe manner

• Excellent service and public interaction skills
• Effective English verbal and listening communication skills
• Time management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate our van in a safe manner in order to get the client to scheduled destination and to minimize the risk of property damage or loss of life.
• Maintainamicable order in the school van.
• Have a professional and courteous manner
