Centre of Innovation for Supply Chain Management – Manager/Senior Manager

[What you will be working on]

• Able to quickly understand company's logistics and supply chain capabilities to meet business needs to propose relevant consultancy and technology solutions

• Execute end-to-end supply chain and logistics process review for process, digitalisation, AI, visibility, IoT and Warehouse Automation Opportunities

• Identify warehouse performance and inventory management opportunities to get strong buy-in from stakeholders to improve in a sustained manner

• Implement innovative and impactful digitalisation, LEAN process and warehouse automation projects to industry

• Support outreach events with setup and assisting in demonstrations

[What we are looking for]

Business development:

• A driven self-starter that actively keeps abreast with business needs and can quickly put together proof-of-concepts to meet business needs

• Sell to both business leaders and operations staff the benefits of process and technology innovation

• Strong collaborator with internal and external stakeholders to execute impactful warehouse and supply chain projects

Familiarity in implementing:

• LEAN, digitalisation and warehouse automation in a warehouse as part of his/her role in running a warehouse

• Practical warehouse IoT and automation technologies as part of improving warehouse and/or supply chain performance

• Office 365 tools (including Power
Automate, PowerBl, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc) and Google Workspace/ Cloud tools like Google Appsheet

• Motivated to explore, learn and apply new technologies in warehouse automation, AI and physical AI
