Compensation: $85,000-$105,000/yr.

Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist‑owned outpatient practice serving Whatcom and Snohomish Counties. We focus on high‑quality patient care, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment.

We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to join our Bellingham clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician experienced in upper‑extremity rehabilitation who values evidence‑based practice, patient‑centered care, and professional growth.

• Evaluate and treat patients with upper‑extremity injuries and conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, splinting, and patient education
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Communicate with referral sources, case managers, and the clinical team
• Participate in continuing education and specialty skill development

Qualifications

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR) program
• Washington State PT or OT license (or license‑eligible)
• Strong manual therapy and splinting skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care
• Experience with return‑to‑work cases preferred
