This is not an entry-level position. This is for a professional who can lead, execute, and deliver.

🔧 What You’ll Actually Be Doing
• Running commercial electrical projects from layout to finish
• Reading plans and executing without constant direction
• Installing and troubleshooting wiring, panels, fixtures, and systems
• Diagnosing issues quickly and fixing them right
• Keeping jobs clean, safe, and inspection-ready
• Working alongside a solid crew that pulls their weight and training
next Gene to be solid Ohm Operators. ⸻
🧠 What You Bring • California D.I.R. Certification (required) • Strong working knowledge of the NEC • Commercial/industrial experience preferred • Ability to read and interpret plans confidently • High attention to detail and jobsite leadership
