Prepare guests application.

Monitor the chalet and cabana tasks, coordinate with the engineering and housekeeping department. 

Communicate with the guests.

Receive chalet and cabana maintenance fees from people.

Follow up with all the guests for the outstanding MF and renew all the subscription cabanas.

Data entry

Take care of the electricity bills

Update work sheets

Distribute the guest’s vouchers.

Follow up on guest complaints.

Communicate with the engineering department regarding maintenance issues.

Preparing guests IDs

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

• Proven experience in a guest service.
• Exceptional personal presentation
• Articulate communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at any given time
