As Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales through Navinci's global network of distributors and channel partners. Your mission is to expand our market reach, strengthen partner performance, and ensure our products are successfully represented across key markets worldwide.
This is more than a distributor management role. You will own the commercial success of our indirect sales channels, working proactively to identify growth opportunities, develop partner capabilities, recruit new channel partners, and drive revenue growth through the channel.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales through Navinci's global distributor and channel partner network
Develop channel strategy and identify new market opportunities
Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners
Build strong relationships with distributors and key partner stakeholders
Drive partner performance through business reviews, forecasting, and growth planning
Support partners in developing opportunities and expanding customer adoption
Coordinate channel activities with Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Application teams
Gather market insights and customer feedback to support commercial and product strategy
What We Are Looking For
Education and background
Degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
A PhD or advanced scientific degree is considered an advantage.
Understanding of life science research workflows and customer environments is highly desirable.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, business development, or commercial roles within life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or research tools.
Proven experience managing distributors, partners, or indirect sales channels with responsibility for revenue growth.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing partner relationships is considered an advantage
Experience working with sales forecasting, CRM systems, pipeline management, and structured sales processes.
International commercial experience is strongly preferred.
Experience from spatial biology, proteomics, molecular biology, pathology, or advanced research technologies is considered a strong advantage.

Language Requirements
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
