Check-In Attendant

Overview

At General RV Center, we don’t just sell RVs — we help families create lifelong memories. As a Check-in Attendant, you will play a vital role in the organization by being the “first” set of eyes for General RV. The roles are designed to first verify that the unit is as ordered. In addition, the role will perform a thorough walk around following our own inventory acceptance process.

Responsibilities

• Verify and follow daily schedule
• Verify all information on each unit is received
• Checking in new and used units inspecting for damage and preparing condition report.
• Prepare unit to be opened up with plugging in the unit and opening the slides if applicable
• Perform exterior walk-around and check for damage or delamination.
• Check identification and credentials of all persons entering facility.
• Helping to merchandise the sales lot, cleaning and setting up units for display.
• Taking photos of units for the sales website.
• Hanging sales flyers and signs on and off site when needed.
• Opening unit slide outs and directing unit flow on the sales lot.
• Using a battery box to power up units on the lot
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma required
• Interest and love for the outdoors as this role is primarily outside
• Computer proficiency
• Mechanically inclined with an eye for details
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands
• Approachable personality with clear communication skills
• Professional appearance
