• Independent cooking, production and preparation of Asian first and business class dishes
• Testing and checking the goods for correctness and quality
• Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP 

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Asian cuisine and in the preparation of traditional
• Asian dishes and dishes at fine dining level
• Product and commodity knowledge of Asian cuisine
• Ideally completed vocational training as a chef
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good knowledge of German and/or English
