We're looking for a talented Chef to join our professional kitchen brigade at the Copthorne Hotel Newcastle. Salary : up to £29,328 pa

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise mise en place for service.
• Deliver exceptional food for restaurant and banqueting operations.
• Support, coach and develop junior chefs within the brigade.
• Maintain outstanding standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a CDP, ideally within a hotel environment.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
