Manchester's glamourous, vibrant and illustrious Rosso Restaurant & Bar is now looking for confident, enthusiastic and experienced persons to join their team.

For 10 years Rosso has been one of Manchester's must-go restaurants. With a truly unique mix of ambience, quality, luxury and a venue that has to be seen to be believed, we are looking for passionate and confident Chefs to join our team.

We're excited to be returning later in the year and are on the lookout for the right people to help us to do so.

The qualities ideal candidates will possess include (but are not limited to):

• Current/ previous experience in a similar busy, high-end restaurant environment.
• A willingness to work in a supportive and structured environment.
• Works as a team with other Chefs, Prep Chefs, Kitchen Porters and FOH & BOH Management teams.
• Knife skills
• Responsible for proper preparation of food items on assigned station(s).
