This award winning Brasserie offers a  personalized, friendly service and a selection of authentic culinary creations, to create an unforgettable culinary experience for our guests. 

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team for our award winning French Brasserie & Bar - Couqley Downtown Dubai. 

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

• Manage and operate a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining efficiency and quality standards
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and rotation to maintain freshness and minimize waste
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting
• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role for a high end Ala Carte Restaurant 
• Strong knowledge of various French cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
