1. Create and control accounting processes

2. Manage accounting and financial functions and departments

3. Prepare and Analyze financial reports

4. Control costs and work with managers to reduce costs

5. Prepare department budgets

Qualifications

 

1. 10+ years experience in Accounting and or Finance

2. In-depth Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, budgeting, and cost control

3. Experience developing and maintaining enterprise accounting structures

4. Experience with enterprise financial and accounting reporting systems

5. Experience with Department Management

6. Experience developing standards documentation, knowledge bases and educational courses

7. Experience building financial projection models

8. Fluent Russian and intermediate English
