The mission
Tell the world about us.
This person knows and feels the market better than anyone inside the team. They arrive with their own concept of how to tell the Treel story — and own its execution.
Not an executor. A strategic partner to the CEO who owns growth as their domain. The thinking process: concept → experiments → outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning No one on the team understands better than you how the market perceives our products — and how that needs to change. You form your own vision of how to tell the Treel story, and you take full responsibility for making that vision work.
  • Presence and content The CEO has a voice and an audience. Your job is to turn that into a system that generates the right leads. How exactly — that's your call.
  • Market reach Ads, landing pages, channels — these are tools. You decide which ones to use and how, so the right people discover Treel at the right moment. One metric: qualified demos.
  • Analytics as a compass You know what's working — and why. Not because you monitor dashboards, but because you understand the market and constantly test hypotheses.
What's not in your scope
Cold outreach — email sequences and LinkedIn automation — is handled by a specialized agency. You have strategic influence over messaging and targeting, but you don't build the pipeline by hand.
Live demos and closing calls — CEO and CTO. Product development, pricing, customer success — separate roles.



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What truly matters
  • Strategic thinking: you build concepts, you don't execute other people's
  • AI-native: LLM tools, automation, modern stack — your natural way of working
  • English strong enough to work with content and communicate with the market
Strong advantage
  • B2B SaaS marketing or growth experience, especially in US/UK/EU markets
  • Understanding of direct sales, MLM, or DTC/ecommerce as a target audience
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and landing pages
  • Familiarity with tools: Apollo, HubSpot or equivalents, Webflow or no-code landing builders
  • Experience building or managing a content strategy for a B2B brand
