Chief Radiologic Technologist (Ayala North Exchange, Makati)

Work Location: 100% Onsite (Ayala North Exchange, Makati)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist
• This role will supervise the Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray Tech 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
