Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Join the client's Secure Access Services team as a Cloud Application Packager Citrix, supporting secure access platforms used by thousands of concurrent users. The role focuses on packaging, deploying and troubleshooting applications across on-premise and cloud Citrix environments, while contributing to the broader Citrix Cloud transformation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Package and deploy applications to on-premise and cloud platforms using CVAD, PVS, MCS, WEM and App Layering.
• Troubleshoot application issues, including infrastructure-related causes such as firewall rules, permissions, role assignments and proxy configuration.
• Support roadmap items, client migrations and customer onboarding projects.
• Execute changes, resolve incidents and follow client operational procedures.
• Participate in the single-point-of-contact rota for incident dispatching and user escalations.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for performed activities.

• Academic/Bachelor level education or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong collaboration skills in international, multicultural environments.
• Excellent English, written and verbal.

• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, security-minded approach.

Essential skills

• Experience packaging and deploying complex applications in virtualized terminal server environments.
• Experience with application deployment technologies such as Citrix, Intune, SCCM, InstallShield or similar solutions.
• Working knowledge of Citrix application delivery concepts and App Layering.
• Windows Server 2019/2022 or equivalent enterprise Windows administration.
• Infrastructure understanding to work with Active Directory, VMware, storage and network/firewall managers.
• Operational experience resolving user incidents.
• Experience working within regulated environments, including compliance, security controls or audit requirements.

Desired skills

• Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies including PVS, MCS and WEM.
• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure and security tooling - particularly in the context of application packaging, deployment, compatibility testing and troubleshooting.
