Goals & Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and drafting of municipal and civil engineering projects.
  • Support project managers with data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
  • Conduct field inspections, surveys, and construction observation.
  • Prepare technical documents, cost estimates, and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide high-quality solutions for clients.
  • Maintain project documentation and adhere to established schedules and budgets.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Relevant internship experience preferred.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
