Salary range (but not limited to):

59,300 - 72,500

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'experts en sinistres automobile qui veulent faire progresser leur carrière dans les équipes spécialisées en commercial et qui joueront un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• Recueillir les versions des faits des assurés et/ou témoins
• Déterminer si le sinistre est couvert ou non en faisant l’analyse des garanties requises pour couvrir le sinistre et en les comparants à celles contenues dans le contrat
• Collaborer avec l’unité spéciale d’enquête (USE) ou le service de recouvrement selon la situation
• Recueillir les versions des faits des assurés et/ou témoins en les interrogeant sur les accidents automobiles commerciales
• Déterminer si le sinistre est couvert ou non en faisant l'analyse des garanties requises pour couvrir le sinistre en les comparants à celles contenues dans le contrat de l'assuré.
• Analyser les renseignements obtenus, prendre les décisions qui serviront à établir la responsabilité, réviser l'évaluation des dommages et procéder au règlement du sinistre de façon juste et équitable.
• Communiquer en temps opportun avec les assurés et autres parties intéressées afin de négocier et autoriser le règlement des sinistres tout en respectant les normes établies selon le niveau d'autorité permis.
• Poser les bonnes questions afin d’escalader les dossiers le plus rapidement possible
