In this role you will play a key leadership role within one of Prysmian’s fastest growing Business Units.

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• You bring 5+ years of previous experience in accounting or controlling.
• You have experience with SAP and coordinating capital budgets.
• If you a CPA, CGMA, OR CMA professional certification, that’s a plus.

What You’ll Do

As the Claremont Fiber Senior Controller, you'll partner with leaders across operations, commercial, and supply chain teams to build a strong financial foundation and support business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the rapid expansion of Prysmian's Digital Solutions business in North America.

• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances. You will provide insights and forecasts that help drive informed business decisions.
• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. You will complete forecasts, budgets, and capital planning that include ROI analysis, expenditure tracking, and financial justification for investments.
• Partner with plant leadership. You will partner with plant leadership to achieve productivity improvements, cost savings, and budget commitments.
• Oversee inventory and product costing. You’ll ensure accurate inventory controls and maintain cost standards for all products.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. You’ll ensure all financial reporting is accurate through timely month-end close activities, audit support, and adherence to corporate accounting standards.
