Class 3 / Class 4 Driver

Location: Boon Lay, West Region

Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,300 (depending on license class & experience)

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Driving Duties

• Drive Class 3 or Class 4 lorries for deliveries and collections across Singapore

• Load and unload goods safely where required

• Ensure timely delivery from warehouse to customer locations

Route Planning

• Plan and follow routes to complete trips efficiently

• Coordinate with warehouse and freight teams to prepare cargo

• Adjust routes when needed based on traffic or operational changes

Vehicle Safety

• Perform daily checks before and after driving

• Follow LTA regulations and company safety standards

• Report vehicle issues or hazards immediately

Customer Interaction

• Represent SWL professionally at delivery sites

• Communicate politely with customers and site staff

• Clarify unclear instructions before proceeding

Documentation

• Ensure delivery orders / PODs (Proof of Delivery) are completed correctly

• Update status via internal systems (e.g. Slack) when required

Other Duties

• Help during peak periods or urgent runs when needed

• Support general transport tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Valid Class 3 Driving License (minimum requirement)

• Class 4 License is an advantage (higher pay range)

• Class 3: vans / small lorries (up to 3,500kg)

• Class 4: larger lorries (10ft / 14ft / 20ft / heavier rigid trucks)

• Experience in logistics / transport in Singapore preferred

• Good knowledge of SG roads, especially industrial areas

• Able to handle cargo safely and work under time pressure

• Good communication, reliable attitude, and safety-first mindset

• Able to work OT when needed

• Immediate availability and Singaporean applicants preferred
