Class A Driver – OTR & Mentor Opportunities

Solo Driving | No-Touch Freight | Mentor Opportunities Available

Looking for consistent OTR miles with the option to increase your earning potential later?

We are hiring Class A drivers for OTR positions with no-touch freight, weekly pay, and consistent mileage opportunities. Experienced drivers can remain solo or, if qualified, choose to participate in an optional Driver Mentor program.

OTR Solo Position

Experienced solo drivers earn $0.45–$0.55 CPM, based on qualifying experience.

Drivers typically stay out 10–14 days at a time before returning home between runs.

Want to Become a Driver Mentor?

Mentoring is optional and provides qualified experienced drivers with another way to increase earnings.

Training assignments generally last approximately 11 days. While actively mentoring a student, eligible drivers may receive:

• Base pay of $0.45–$0.55 CPM
• Additional $0.10 CPM mentor pay
• Up to an additional $0.10 CPM productivity pay
• Applicable mileage and performance incentives
• Priority mileage opportunities

You don't have to continuously train students. Mentors can return to solo driving or take available home time between assignments.

Just Got Your Class A CDL?

There is also a training path available for qualifying new CDL holders who haven't yet accumulated three months of tractor-trailer experience.

New drivers can complete initial training followed by OTR training with an experienced mentor while building qualifying experience.

Training pay is $0.35 CPM.

After accumulating three months of qualifying experience, drivers may become eligible for the experienced-driver pay range of $0.45–$0.55 CPM, depending on applicable experience and qualifications.

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced Solo/Mentor drivers: 3+ months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• New CDL holders may be considered for the training program
• At least 21 years of age
• Meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
• Authorized to work in the United States
