AI Summary

Owns new business across the EU market for a pay transparency and compensation platform, prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise HR and Total Rewards buyers while tracking regulatory transposition.

About this role

Sysarb has spent two decades building the systems organizations use to make pay fair, structured, and explainable. Our platform brings four things together in one place: compensation structure design, pay equity analysis, pay transparency communication to employees and managers, and compliance reporting. More than 700 clients across 70+ countries use it today.

The market has changed. The EU Pay Transparency Directive is moving into national law across the member states, and employers face their first reporting obligations from June 2027. HR and Total Rewards leaders across Europe are finding that spreadsheets and HRIS modules were never designed for this work. That is the conversation you will be having every day.

What the role is about

As Client Executive you own new business across the European Union market. You identify, engage, and convert opportunities driven by the demand for pay transparency compliance and strategy, and you run the full sales cycle yourself.

· Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of enterprise HR, Total Rewards, and Compensation buyers

· Run discovery and demos that connect the directive’s requirements to the customer’s operational reality

· Track how member states transpose the directive, and feed what you learn back into how we position and sell

· Contribute to market analysis as we scale into new countries

The position is based in Stockholm.

Who we are looking for

· 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development. HR Tech is a plus, not a requirement.

· A proven track record of creating and closing new business

· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in place of a degree

· Fluent Swedish and English

· Real curiosity about regulation. You will be talking to compensation specialists who know their subject. Credibility comes from doing the reading.

· A growth mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment that is still taking shape

What we offer

· Base salary 40,000–45,000 SEK/month

· Flexible vacation policy: recharge when you need to

· A collaborative, inclusive team where you have direct influence on how we scale across Europe

· A product with measurable impact on how organizations structure and explain pay
