Job Description

Client Services (Transaction Banking) is responsible for interacting with clients, either directly or indirectly, in support of sales, trading, relationship management, or portfolio management activities. Responsible for the safe delivery and implementation of products to clients, testing, product demonstrations, deployment, maintenance, engineering change upgrades, and for developing detailed customer installation / integration plans for all products. May be instrumental in secondary sales effort. Transaction Banking covers activities related to treasury and cash management, and trade financing for governments and corporates. Services include financing activities that facilitate cross-border trade, cash transfer, and the maintenance and processing of payables and receivables. The Treasury & Cash Management focus specializes in providing client cash flow management services and solutions, including checking and savings accounts, working capital management, funds transfer, client lockbox, tax payments and reporting, and clearing.

Corporate & Commercial Banking covers activities related to providing banking loan products and advice to institutions ranging from small to mid-sized businesses, to the largest corporations. Includes major market middle market corporate banking, business banking, and corporate and transaction banking.
