Drake and Associates is a dynamic financial planning firm dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional financial guidance and delivering the ultimate client experience, based in Waukesha, WI. Position Summary

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in the financial planning industry? Join our growing team at Drake & Associates as a Client Operations Intern! You’ll work closely with the Operations Team to support clients and contribute to meaningful projects that drive real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations of our firm.
• Assist with updating and maintaining client records across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve internal processes and client satisfaction.
• Take on special projects assigned by the Director of Operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Finance, Investments, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
