• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
• Build rapport and understand client needs
• Present services and guide clients through next steps
• Qualify leads and coordinate consultations
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure a smooth client experience
• Participate in community outreach and events

What We’re Looking For

• Background in sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations
• CRM and digital tool proficiency
• Spanish required | English preferred
• Driven, organized, and people-oriented
