JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Female Malaysian National (Mandatory), currently living and working in Kuala Lumpur long-term.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, sales support, or related roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and coordination abilities.
Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Candidates with experience in premium customer service, private clubs, hospitality, hotels, or corporate reception are highly preferred.
