JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female Malaysian National (Mandatory), currently living and working in Kuala Lumpur long-term.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, sales support, or related roles.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and coordination abilities.

  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.

  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.

  • Candidates with experience in premium customer service, private clubs, hospitality, hotels, or corporate reception are highly preferred.
