Client Service Executives

Our client is a luxury clothing store located in Ikoyi, Lagos with lots of high end men’s wears. They have a wide range of clothes, shoes and accessories for men. A store for men who don’t look at the price tags and enjoy luxury in their life.

We are currently searching for “client service executives” for client at their office in Ikoyi, Lagos.

• Welcome and greet walk-in customers
• Attend to customers’ needs and wants.
• Advise customers on items that match their needs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Be up to date with product information.
• Resolve issues or complaints that would arise during the sales and after sales process.

Qualifications

• Must be a B.Sc./HND Holder who is resident on the Island (Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Victoria Island)
• Proven working experience as a Sales Person in retail fashion store in Lagos will be an added advantage.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Must be savvy with social media.
• Basic administrative skills.
• Warm Personality and very confident.
