Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime available/required during peak seasons
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers
- Make outbound follow-ups to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Deliver excellent service with a focus on first-call resolution
- Assist with scheduling, billing, and service-related questions
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support customer retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills and typing speed (40+ WPM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
