Role Overview
The Client Services Executive at CARMA is a vital team member responsible for supporting the delivery of media intelligence services to our clients. In this dynamic role, you will assist the Client Services team in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and valuable insights that meet their communication objectives.
You will be involved in various operational tasks including client onboarding, managing deliverables, and preparing high-quality reports. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will help facilitate effective correspondence with clients and internal teams alike. You will learn to leverage CARMA's media monitoring tools and platforms to provide actionable insights, enhancing the overall client experience.
This role is critical to ensuring that clients derive maximum value from CARMA’s services, and as such, you will be encouraged to develop your knowledge of the media industry and our product offerings. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will directly impact client satisfaction and retention.

Client Support Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new clients and managing expectations
- Provide day-to-day support for client inquiries and requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries of services
- Prepare and distribute client reports based on CARMA’s monitoring services

Operational Excellence
- Maintain organisational systems for managing client accounts and deliverables
- Ensure all service requests are processed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor service performance metrics and report on efficiencies
- Help in troubleshooting issues related to client accounts and service delivery

Insight Generation
- Support the preparation of qualitative and quantitative analysis from media data
- Help identify trends and insights that are relevant to client objectives
- Assist in presenting findings to clients and providing actionable recommendations

Collaboration with Team
- Work closely with the Client Services Team to ensure alignment on client objectives and service delivery
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss account strategy and best practices
- Seek feedback and guidance from senior team members for professional growth

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- A strong interest in media and communication, with basic knowledge of media monitoring practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Japanese
- Organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and contribute positively
