While this unlocks more open and programmable financial systems, it also introduces significant complexity. For most users, interacting with this new infrastructure is still too difficult.

About the Role

Our enterprise clients are some of the largest applications in crypto, and we hold ourselves to the best service experience in the market. Based in our Singapore office, you will own a named share of the enterprise book and cover the rest, so a client working Asia hours always has someone who knows their account.

You will also take a share of our mid-market clients and work with our Client Success lead to automate that work away. As mid-market moves onto the product, your time moves onto enterprise. That is the intended path of the role, not a side effect of it.

Own enterprise relationships. A named share of the book: standing syncs, regular reviews, escalation when something breaks, and meeting clients in person.

Be the second pair of hands. Cover the rest of the enterprise book so no client depends on one person being available.

Own renewals and expansion. Keep your accounts renewing, spot the client whose usage has outgrown their tier, and keep our CRM straight enough that nothing is a surprise.

Take mid-market, then automate it. Triage and kickoff for your share of mid-market, and build the self-serve alternative with the Client Success lead.

Use AI, and speak EPD. Claude daily for drafting, data and turning recurring client questions into documentation rather than a faster reply — and give engineering, product and design the written context they need without becoming a bottleneck.

5+ years in client success or technical account management, owning named enterprise accounts at an API, infrastructure or payments company.

Technical range to follow an integration and answer most questions yourself. You do not need to write production code.

Strong AI skills and real fluency with Claude or an equivalent — already using it to do more than you otherwise could.

Honest and forthright. You can run a difficult conversation, a renewal and a pricing discussion rather than defer any of them.

Excellent async operator across time zones, and a strong internal communicator with engineering, product and design.

Crypto experience, particularly DeFi protocols, perps venues, prediction markets or exchanges.

Payments or on-ramp background.

SQL, or enough familiarity with a BI tool to answer your own data questions.

You have held accounts where a slow answer had a real cost.

You are happy hosting clients and working a conference, and you also do the unglamorous operational work. We need both, not one.

When a process is broken you document it, automate it or kill it.

You would rather tell a client an uncomfortable truth early than a comfortable one late.
