Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 8–10 client relationships and drive the strategy and performance of their gift card programs
• Keep clients informed through proactive, timely communication, anticipating needs and flagging risks or opportunities before they come up
• Achieve client-specific objectives, driving growth in first party, third party and B2B gift card channels as applicable
• Support Client Success Team in managing day-to-day and project-level tasks, helping the team meet/exceed revenue targets
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients
• Keep brand assets updated across channels
• Triage client requests and work with Totus teams to deliver effective solutions quickly

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of proven success in client or account management, ideally in gift cards, payments or retail
• Strong reporting and presentation skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience using AI tools is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and responsive approach to client needs
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage your own work
• Self-starter who does well in a fast-moving environment and is comfortable with ambiguity
• A passion for excellent client service and account management
• Ability to travel for team meetings, trade events and client visits as needed
