As Physical Therapy Clinic Director, your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Owings Mills. With the support of experienced administration, you will be providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervising both clinical and office staff and ensuring all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
- Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
- Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting strongly preferred.
- Current state of Maryland license, CPR certification.
- Exercise and manual-based skills
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Ability to market the clinic by networking and visiting physician offices.
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ $90,000-$100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
