ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing clinical and technical expertise during the sales process for Ultrasound. to internal and external customers. Work closely with assigned Sales Representatives, Dealers, and Channel Sales Manager to support the growth and needs of the business. Experience supporting Radiology Commercial Market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
•Deliver clinical and technical instruction during the ultrasound sales cycle and post-sale process to internal and external customers, including on-site visits with physicians and sonographers•Conduct professional ultrasound product demonstrations and post-installation training to customers’ clinical staff•Provide clinical and technical support at trade shows and professional conferences•Collaborate with the product management and service teams to report on and improve product performance through field feedback•Support the sales and service teams with clinical expertise and customer engagement•Monitor customer satisfaction post-installation•Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive, patient, customer-focused attitude•Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and work processes•Complete all required training and stay current on product knowledge, including competitor offerings•Manage time effectively and make sound business decisions•Wear a dosimeter when in direct contact with radiation emitting devices•Follow travel, expense, and meeting guidelines•Transport company equipment per company policy•Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment•Other duties may be assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
RDMS certification required; must possess excellent knowledge of the technical and clinical aspects of diagnostic ultrasoundExperience supporting Radiology Commercial MarketRVT required. RDCS certification desired 6-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in General Imaging, Vascular, Ob/Gyn, Point of Care, and Musculoskeletal is required. Experience with Elastography, Fusion, and CEUS a plus.Skilled in 2D and Color Doppler across applications Previous commercial experience as a Clinical Applications SpecialistStrong market knowledge and competitive attitudeStrong presentation skills and the ability to perform clinical and product training to all levels of customersWilling to travel overnightValid driving license and satisfactory driving record is mandatory and background and drug testing (pre and post-employment) is requiredBudget, expense, and resource management experience requiredMust be a results oriented, team player, and people personMust be self-driven to optimize performance without the need for extensive supervisionMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environmentMust have and exhibit excellent presentation skills in small and large group situationsIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire
COMPUTER & ANALYTIC SKILLS
Must be excellent with technology, able to present using a laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome
