Clinical Educator WARD/Surgical

TŪRANGA THE ROLE

Are you an experienced Clinical Educator who is passionate about developing others and helping teams deliver exceptional care?

In this role, you'll
join a team providing education
and professional growth across the hospital with a specific focus on the
Ward and surgical nursing staff.
You'll work closely with the Team Leaders
and Quality team to deliver engaging learning programmes, grow workforce strength, and drive continuous improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to,
influence clinical practice and make
a real difference to both staff and patient outcomes.

This role is
0.6 FTE. which will be 3 days each week.
Additional casual work on the Ward is also available.

• What motivates your commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality patient care?

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with five or more years of Surgical Nursing experience
(within New Zealand) and relevant postgraduate study.
