About the Role

Responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of cloud‑hosted platforms supporting various database technologies, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and recoverability. Delivers end‑to‑end operational support across cloud environments, including monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, patching, and capacity management, to meet agreed service levels for internal users and applications.
